The CEO of Miller Enterprises has been assassinated in what has become the most dangerous city in the United States for the second time in history, and new faces must prepare to take his place. One of them? A man who refuses to show his own.
Skull, an enigmatic and newly enlisted commander for the Miller Enterprises military division, has been entrusted by the new CEO and half-brother to the former, Jason Walker, to lead the company's armed forces into battle against the increasingly dangerous criminals who are a critical threat to the population's livelihood.
A symbol of hope to the innocent, a symbol of fear to the wicked. Skull has a large task ahead of him, but Baltimore needs him and whoever else they can rely on, or the city may not be able to stand much longer.
