The world was never as people expected, although for some civilians it is the same as one might expect, without threats, without monsters, without superhuman powers that could affect their lives.

Devils prowled the world; they were everything everyone feared, the personification of fear, and what if man feared nothing? That was impossible. Fear was born from the moment Eve disobeyed the God who created her, after eating the forbidden apple...

She brought both suffering and fear into the world, and with that fear, Devils who should never have existed. But they did, and with them the first fear, born of the first man, Adam... Fear of infinity, of the infinite potential of what it could do.

Fear of knowing everything and yet knowing nothing, the first man pretended he feared nothing, but it was through him that the first Devil was created... the Devil of Infinity, Sukuna, or the so-called God of Devils. And so began the era of Devils and Humans.
