Raven Johnson is girly, sassy, and full of attitude - the type of girl who gets what she wants and isn't afraid to throw a little drama into the mix. Khai Grant is laid-back, goofy, and effortlessly hood - the calm in every storm, the one who can make Raven laugh even when she's fuming. They've been best friends since middle school: Khai has always had Raven's back, and Raven... well, she's always been annoyingly clingy. Everyone around them thinks they're a couple, but they insist they're just friends... until feelings start slipping into the cracks of their friendship. Between late-night phone calls, playful arguments, and unspoken tension, the line between friendship and something more gets harder to ignore. Raven's attitude meets Khai's chill, and sparks start flying in ways neither of them expected. Will they finally admit what's been there all along, or will pride and playful bickering keep them from the love they were destined to have?

Jane lives on the brink of an adolescence about to end and an age she doesn't know how to deal with. Everything she knows about life has been taught her by Jace, the older brother, and his best friends: two guys that in common simply have a passion for any form of rock music and alcohol - it's just a shame that Jay now find herself facing something she never would have expected. Yes, because the oldest of the Raven's brothers took a flight to Paris, leaving her alone and defenseless to come to terms with something that, up until that moment, had taken shape exclusively in her head.
