"How... no, why?" He finally uttered, trying to muster up his courage. After all, he had no idea what else she had been capable of, which would be the main reason he would be on his guard.
"Hm~ Adrien, Adrien." She shook her head, giving a small, dry laugh as she slowly approached him until she was only about two feet away.
"Poor, Adrien~ the real question here is- why are you here?" She folded her arms, waiting expectantly even though she already knew what would pass his lips.
"Marinette, you.. you have to stop this. All of it. This isn't you, and you know that. As soon as Ladybug gets here, she can help you-" his words was cut off by her mocking voice.
"Oh? You'll have to forgive me, but your precious Ladybug, savior of Paris, won't be coming back for a very long time."
