As the war finishes, Harry finds himself seeking comfort while enduring the truth that most of his friends and loved ones were killed. After his past relationships that didn't last because of his title, he wonders-
Will the famous Harry freaking Potter ever experience love from someone again?
Forced to go back to Hogwarts to finish his studies in order to become an Auror, he doesn't find joy in returning to the place he once saw as home. Instead of excitement, there's only emptiness.
And when he discovers that he has to live with the Slytherins for the whole year, Harry sees it all turning for the worse.
