In a world where she didn't feel like she belonged enough to anyone or anywhere, he came and became her roots, haven, and love. Embracing her like someone would put on a forgotten cardigan and own it like it's a missing part of their body, then put it under a bed for a new shiny other thing, just to return to it and hold it like a precious treasure once the thrill of the shiny expired. A cardigan would always find the body it belonged to, and she'd always belong only in his arms. There she goes, Betty Astra, while falling deeper in love, exploring how hard forgiving could be. ××××××××××××× A shiny mirrorball, draws in everybody, but only aiming for just one's special attention. Discarding every little thing in exchange of a kiss, she falls under his hands, holding tight to the smallest bits, aware that it'd someday near be taken from her, because it was never hers. Gripping into the happiness as it much as it could last, drawing every moment just to linger just a little longer. Just a few more moments where she could prolong and pretend it could last forever. There she goes, August Shore, experiencing the love, being the shiniest of thrills, loss, and finding herself.
