When Sheldon, Howard, Raj, Penny, Bernadette, and Amy head up to Apartment 4A for what's supposed to be a normal evening of takeout and gaming, they walk straight into a real-life plot twist.

Just as they reach the landing, the elevator doors open - and out steps an unfamiliar woman, laughing softly as she says goodbye to Leonard. Before anyone can process what they're seeing, she leans in and plants a quick, affectionate kiss on his cheek. Then she walks away, leaving behind a stunned hallway and six people frozen mid-step.
