After Lagertha left with Bjorn, Ragnar's world grew colder. His affair with Aslaug had cost him everything - and though she bore him one true son, the rest were not his. To secure his rule, Ragnar agreed to an arranged marriage with Lydia, daughter of a noble from the east.
What began as duty slowly turned into something neither expected. And when Aslaug died, her sons came to live with them - under Lydia's care, where a broken family quietly began to heal.
(I know this isn't how it went but this is ths only way i could make my story line be right because i still wanted him to know all the sons. And that all the sons would see him as a father figure.)
