The last Toons in Gardenview gather together for the final run: To stop the Ichor Operation, to end Dandy's plan, to save the Twisteds lurking beneath. However, as Toons begin disappearing one by one, and more dangerous Twisteds begin appearing, the Toons lose the last of what they have - their sanity.

However, when Sprout is given the run down about the new toon, he is hopeful he won't have to wish for a best friend because once he met the new toon, he'd have one. And, he was correct.
