Wondering to the Beast World

Aveline was an ordinary college student who dreamed of becoming a librarian-quiet, simple, stable. But everything shattered the day the apocalypse erupted. As the world fell apart and humans began turning into zombies, she and her younger sister managed to escape. Their plan was simple: reach City B, where a rumored survivor zone still remained.

But fate had other ideas.

On their way, a swarm of zombies ambushed them. Cornered and out of options, Aveline made the only choice she could-she sacrificed herself to save her sister. The moment the zombie's teeth sank into her skin, a wave of excruciating pain tore through her body. Her vision darkened at the edges, and she braced herself for the inevitable: decay, madness, becoming one of them.

But instead of turning, she blacked out.

When she opened her eyes again, she was lying on unfamiliar ground. Towering trees rose above her-so massive and thick she couldn't see where they ended. Two suns burned in the sky. Enormous animals wandered in the distance, far larger than anything that should exist on Earth. Flowers bloomed as tall as she was. Nothing made sense.

Lost and disoriented, she wandered deeper into a shadowy forest-a place that felt strange, eerie, almost alive. Darkness clung to the air like old magic.

And that's when she saw him.

A man stepped from the shadows-beautiful in a way that froze her blood. Sharp, devilish features. Eyes that glowed. Presence like danger wrapped in charm.

Before she could react, he wrapped an arm around her waist and pulled her against him. His breath brushed her neck as he nuzzled into her hair, inhaling slowly.

"You smell... sweet," he murmured, voice low and wicked. "Absolutely delicious. Tell me, little rabbit-may I have a taste?"
He smirked, the kind that warned she was no longer in her world... and no longer safe.
