Mrithyunjay Hospital is a renowned super speciality hospital located in the centre of the city of wealth, Bhagyanagar. Parth was a normal security guard of a mortuary ward in MJ hospital until, after working for over two years there, it messed up his mind. His aged parents think that he has gone frantic and labelled him as a madman, claiming he could talk to spirits of the deceased in the mortuary ward. They tried their best, from medical help to spiritual rituals and ghostbusters and shamans to treat him, but nothing worked.

Mridula appeared as an angel in disguise; a psychologist and Parth's childhood friend offered to help him recover. She is the final ray of hope for his parents. Mridula discovers something odd in the journey of returning back home, meeting her childhood crush who seems to be in no way sane according to his parents, and rekindling the lost spark.
