Sloane Vega never wanted Westview's crown prince in his DMs-especially not at 1:47 a.m., slurring confessions that could ruin everything. Ezra Delgado rules the pool, the halls, the whole damn school. Golden eyes, 6'2" of sculpted perfection, and a smile that hides the cracks. But when his vodka-fueled butt dial spirals into Sloane's phone-"I think about dudes. A lot. Don't hang up."-the king's throne starts to sink. Now? Forced lanes. Dawn practices. Hands on hips that burn hotter than chlorine. A petty ex with an iCloud bomb. And a hate so thick it's only a matter of time before it flips into something dangerous. Because Ezra's been watching Sloane watch him. And Sloane? He's done pretending he doesn't feel it too. But in a world where one viral leak can tank college scholarships and shatter reputations... can they surface together? Or will the tide pull them under?

He asked in a husky voice as he stopped in front of me. The look in his eyes was smoldering and I began to feel hot all over. "should I believe it?" I asked in a meek voice. He chuckled once, still sporting that same sexy smirk. He reached out and moved my hair behind my ear and uncrossed my arms. "i think if you believed it, you wouldn't be here right now." His voice came out rich and smooth. "so, do you trust me?" The look he was giving me was starting to make me sweat. My words seemed to be failing me so I nodded awkwardly in response. He bit his lip and pulled me into him. He brought his lips to my ear. "and you won't regret it."
