Prince Adrien knows his duty: he must marry princess Kagami to form a powerful aliance between their Kingdoms to secure his people. She is the daughter of the most powerful Royal Knight Commander and is taking the steps to also become one.

Princess Kagami is not happy with this marriage either, but she is forced to appear she is. She has to, this way she can prepare her escape with her true love, Lord Felix, Adrien's cousin.

Desperate to escape a life full of missery, trapped in a loveless marriage and far from who they truly love, Adrien and Kagami develop a plan. Little do they know this would cause serious problems.
