Intentions (MHA × InFamous)

David Repp, a vigilante with superhuman abilities running from his crimes, his failures, and the rejection of his home country, takes to Japan where a different type of hero dominates the occupation. He hides amongst the hero-loving culture, continuing his path for the good of all humans, though he struggles with his selfishness amidst the political dissent he witnesses among the people. The anomalous versus the powerless was an argument he saw the latter side losing ground on more and more each day in Japan, and despite his own powers, David is realizing he must choose a side to fight for. A hero academy is overshadowing the relentless discrimination with their war for peace amongst the anomalous and the powerless, the small population of the anomalous in Asia is increasing abnormally fast, and his own mistakes have tracked him across the globe. He comes to the conclusion there are four sides he must choose from: The anomalous, the powerless, or his own.
