My name is Adrianna Livingston. In twenty-six days I'm turning eighteen, and my jerk of an uncle's going to kick me out of the house. I need to find a place to live fast, and desperation is what causes me to do something I never thought I'd do in my wildest dreams.

In a world where humans are ruled by giants, I have no choice but to ask the giant who rules our human district to get me a place to stay.

It takes every last ounce of courage to approach Jerome. He's huge...intimidating, and...yeah. More than a little good looking, if I'm being honest. I can barely look him in the face without feeling like I'm going to puke.

I'm not sure what I'm expecting him to say. Laugh in my face, maybe. Tell me no. Or maybe actually help and get me a place to live.

But never in a million years did I expect him to take an interest in me. Make an effort to get to know me.

Or, most shocking of all...ask me to come and live with him.

**This story is more fluff/relationship based but if you are looking for a g/t story with plot and adventure feel free to read my other story, Encroaching Fires, that takes place in the same universe. The events in Tiny Sparks take place a year before Encroaching Fires.***

Title: Small People Description: Kayne Ray has spent his life being overshadowed-by his towering Vareshian lineage, by his powerful older brother, and most of all, by the cruel legacy of his father, a man feared for his hatred of humans. Unlike his family, Kayne wants nothing to do with the supremacy that shaped his childhood, but breaking free from his past has left him isolated, awkward, and adrift in a city built for giants like him. Everything changes the day he accidentally injures a human woman in a dark alley. Small enough to fit in the palm of his hand, Val is delicate, wary, and utterly alone. Wracked with guilt, Kayne takes her into his apartment to recover, intending to send her on her way. But days pass, and neither of them seem eager for her to leave. As Kayne struggles with the suffocating weight of his father's estate, a brother who demands more than he can give, and a world that will never fully accept his rejection of Vareshian dominance, Val becomes an unlikely anchor in his chaotic life. But the longer she stays, the more tangled his emotions become. His protectiveness warps into something deeper, something dangerous-a hunger he knows he has no right to indulge. Torn between his desires and his duty, Kayne must walk a thin line between the man he wants to be and the instincts clawing at his restraint. Because Val trusts him. And breaking that trust might shatter more than just the fragile sanctuary they've built-it might ruin them both. A slow-burn fantasy romance about power, restraint, and the forbidden pull of two beings from vastly different worlds, is a story of longing, control, and the delicate balance between fear and desire.

29 parts Complete

Soren, a borrower, just migrated with his two half brothers and his step-father into a new apartment complex. Though his step-father leads the family, it is his blunder which has forced the family to migrate on the cusp of winter. Soren must fight daily to help his family survive; however, he knows nothing about the occupants of this new building. Who lives here? What innate dangers do these humans possess? And what would they do if Soren or his family were discovered? This is part of a collection of One Shots involving borrowers and similarly sized folk.
