With the Normandy SR2 impounded, its crew disbanded, and the Commander under investigation for the deaths of hundreds of thousands. Kaidan finds himself lost in life yet again, the same he felt all those months ago when he thought his Commander was dead.
The deep betrayal had ruined his relationship with the man he always loved. Only a short time together was ripped apart when Shepard found out about Kaidan's spying on him for all their time together fighting the Collectors.
Now investigations are underway, and word is spreading of the Reaper invasion slowly coming upon them. Shepard must team up with those he has fought with before to destroy the Reapers and save the galaxy for a third time. But can he and Kaidan move on from this big strain that ruined the trust they built? Or will even the threat of death and destruction still keep them apart?
