The Timmy Ryder Power Hour

Struggling with his parents not believing. that Timmy Turner's Babysitter Vicky is evil, instead of wishing for a magical remote...( Which hypothetically he did, but that was in 2004's movie channel chasers,) this story is different . Anyway, Timmy wishes that he could be sent to another universe. Where Vicky doesn't have to torture him. 
When his fairy godparents, Cosmo and Wanda, fulfill this wish, Timmy is sent to the town of Adventure Bay the universe of child prodigy leader Ryder who lives in the lookout with the Paw patrol Ryder is sent to Dimmsdale in Timmy's universe when he accidentally activates a magical transporter created by Cosmo and Wanda. 
As they attempt to return to their respective worlds, Ryder and Timmy meet the various side characters of each universe and Timmy becomes romantically involved with Ryder's love interest, Katie. 
While messing around inside Ryder's Lookout, Timmy accidentally turns Ryder's ATV, on and it drives away on its own. Timmy manages to stop Ryder's ATV from crashing with the help from the Paw Patrol, but is contacted by Ryder, who tells him that Mr. Crocker, Timmy's fairy-obsessed teacher, has stolen the transporter, allowing him to take over Fairy World. Crocker is defeated by Ryder. Both Ryder and Timmy manage to return to their own universes. Back in Dimmsdale, Timmy is still being tortured and doing Vicky's chores that he never finished, but at the last second, A police shows up with handcuffs Vicky stating that she is under arrest for humiliating and attempting to tell the boy to do her chores at the age of 10. She starts asking questions on why she's arrested until the police tells her that they got notified by a boy named Ryder. Which makes Timmy Turner smile.
