In a world full of Superheroes that bust up villains, there are also villains that bust up villains. Well, former villains trying to become Heroes. One such villain is King Chaos, an idiot Dragon with no good at naming things. 
He's trying to become a "Hero" just so he doesn't get killed by heroes. But you know, his team, The Z-Team are on the edge of disbanding. But Blonde Blazer on day brings in a new Dispatcher to their team, and this one seems a little different from the rest.

Let's see what happens in this story about Heroes and the Villains trying to become one, shall we?
