When Shinobu tests a mysterious new medicine on the Water Hashira, Giyu wakes up to a nightmare-he's suddenly a she.
Sanemi is horrified, Shinobu is thrilled, and the Hashira Meeting is in absolute shambles.
But the worst part?
Sanemi starts catching feelings for Girl-Giyu-feelings he would rather fight a hundred demons than admit out loud.

Giyuu, though he was a demon, just wanted a peaceful life... yet that didn't happen, instead he got admitted to the upper ranks and forced to obey Muzan.. Muzan starts to send things to attack Giyuu, useless things that he wants to get rid of (he's using Giyuu...) Giyuu knows this, but needs to kill what's in his way to survive (indirectly helping Muzan...) Yet in one battle with a Hashira, they bring up his past, and he begins to feel the pain and emotions he hasn't felt in years...
