(REWRITING) Loose Strings (Dandy's World AU)
Hello! I am sprinklutzzz, and you are reading my OLD, BAD fanfic on the Roblox game, Dandy's World. This is a description on what this is about and a list of things to note as you read. So, let's dive in! Loose Strings, previously called The Ichor Operation (28/4/2025 - 23/10/2025), is similar to what Dandy's World is about: Toons are trapped in the Gardenview Education Center and Museum, which has closed on June 29th, 2002 due to allegations, lack of safety regulations, and a malfunction occuring. Now, they must survive with what they have, while doing machines to keep themselves alive. (This is why I think machines are done. Yes, I changed it.) Be careful though, don't touch the mysterious black substance called Ichor, or it'll turn you Twisted & thirsty for more. You wouldn't want to hurt your friends, right? (So much.. cringe.... *SOB* ｡°(°¯᷄◠¯᷅°)°｡) Things to note: " " = Someone is talking. ' " = Someone is thinking & saying something at the same time. ' ' = Someone is thinking. " ' ' " = Something is quoted. ' " " ' = Someone is signing something. I started writing this fanfic on April 28th, 2025 on Grammarly. I try to keep a high readability score + have good grammar, but there are some mistakes! Let me know if you see any! I've also used words to replace the word "said" from a website since I get sick of using "said" a lot! All toon & twisted (re)designs will be revealed in a seperate book... look out for those if interested! I (try to) do my research before writing. I am staying true to most of the lore while adding bits of my own theories into this piece, along with ships and other shit. Cover picture isn't mine, just a placeholder till I make one! The rewrite may take a year or so, due to school, mental health, LOTS of needed research, and frequent demotivation. Thats all, byee! :3

Rodger built his reputation as a detective. He walked the walls of Gardenview centre in his suspicion, malice only grew with his fears for what was to come. After the initial outbreak of the ichor infestation, and with no one left to do anything but run, it's time for him to make his move. With no one left to question, Rodger keeps asking more questions with no answers. Opening toons' eyes, or eye in his case, was always the role of a detective, wasn't it? Why he was left in the dark, he could never know. The elevators and floors of Gardenview held the truth he needed. He'll escape to the bottom and reveal the truth to the world, or be devoured by those he loved most, trying.Complete
Door After Door - Floor 1 - The Hotel
Word spread quickly about a new hotel in town, one that apparently appeared out of nowhere. For a year now, theories and conspiracies have surrounded the hotel. "It was a place of god." "It was hell on earth." "It was an ambitious art project." "It was just a hotel." Nobody ever had all the answers. Spark Lumiere, the sharpest mind of his family, initially had no interest in such a mystery. Though the more he thought about it, the more intriguing it was. When nine people were confirmed to have gone missing--the first real appearance documented at the place, Spark took it as an excuse to observe. His sister, Grace, joined to help the missing nine. On arrival, they met seven other individuals. Some were there because of the rumors they had heard, some because of the rumors they hadn't heard. Though as much as each of them thought they knew about this place, it would never be enough. Nobody can simply survive a place like this without trial and error. Each death is a lesson that must be learned. Each try inches closer to something. Escape? Truth? Who can say. Based on Roblox DOORS by LSPLASH. Doors - a Novel type story.
This "novel" is about the adventures of the doors characters. But, there's more than there seems. This takes place in the future, where humans have gone extinct and monsters are the new dominant species. The monsters live in this hotel as roommates. It seems normal from first glance, but there more than the eye can see; for there is a dark truth that a certain entity has been keeping secret for some time now. Keep in mind; this is all an AU and this is based off of head canons, also there will be a ton of angst. A Little Bit about the author: Hi! I am excited to be making this, I've had this idea in my head for awhile but I never really thought about publishing it till now. I'd like to say; I am a minor and I'm in school, so the uploading schedule may not be the best, and the grammar might not be the best as well. But I will try my best to make an interesting story.
