Beneath the Darkness

Beneath the ruined world's surface sprawls The Under-a trembling city carved into stone and superstition, where dim lanterns flicker against the vast darkness known only as The Empty. Its people believe a plague has consumed the sunlit lands above, and so they cling to the depths, to caution, and to silence.

Among them lives a nameless girl called Ghost. Her past is a sealed vault, her voice a forgotten relic, and yet there is something in her stillness that unsettles even the bravest souls of The Under.

When the Golden Prince, Ilios, comes back from his sacred Pilgrimage to The Empty, Ghost's life is turned upside down. Ilios takes it upon himself to teach the mute ward to speak, sparking conflict and hatred between the two.

However, as a shocking betrayal claims the life of the king, the two must flee to The Empty. Centuries of secrets slowly begin to unfold and the two of them find themselves caught in a war they'd never expected. Can they work together to bring peace back to their underground home, or will the secrets hidden in the darkness consume them both?
