The facility. It's all Ibex has ever known. 
It's a safe place for people like her, animals to be precise. The guards protect them, and in exchange they follow the rules.

But not everyone thinks so highly of this place.
Jersey, Ibex's close friend, see's the facility as a cage. A place where they are kept in cages due to the humans fear. He want's to get out, to be free, to live happily with his partner Roe.

And then there is Cobra. A snake, a predator. They don't care about the facility's rules. They thrive in chaos and the outside world. Plus, it's fun to mess with the guards every once in a while.
