"You should be an actor." I laugh. I take a sip from my wine glass, adjusting in my chair.
He was silent. I glance over at him.
He's watching me, legs crossed. There's the quiet intensity in his eyes - but it's different this time.
"What's on your mind, Giovanni?" I tease, lips quirking up.
He blinks and straightens, leaning back in his chair, almost silently snapping himself out of his own thoughts.
"How annoying you are right now, Marino." He grumbles.
