Draco and Moira have hated eachother since 1st year- A grudge built on sharp words, cold stares, and the constant need to one up each other. She thinks hes an arrogant, self obsessed prat. He thinks she's infuriating- reckless.

Moira lets Draco know when he's being a self centered bitch, and he hates it.
