❖2021 Watty Awards Shortlist❖ Kevin was just a normal 10 year old kid until he saw a woman vanish right before his eyes. This made Kevin just a little bit different. He paid more attention to people now. Little did he know that this little difference would kill him the next time he encountered another alien about to return home. It would tear him apart, cell by cell, until he was unmade. His mind being transported away. --- So distantly far away there is a race that advanced to the point where they built dyson spheres to house their civilizations. In their continual expansion, they seeded galaxies with pods and connection satellites. Over time they upgraded their dyson spheres into matryoshka brain Cores. Imagine a computer powered by a star. Citizens of Cores no longer age once they upload their minds into the virtual living system of the Core. While they didn't age, most still choose to cycle through life and death though at a different scale of time compared to our lives. Citizens can visit other planets and live there as if they were on a "vacation". Mercury is Earth's hub connected to the closest Core and Earth is a remote vacation spot for wealthy citizens. When the main character was 10 he witnessed a citizen returning to the Core. The story continues 10 odd years later when he again witnesses a similar situation unfolding and manages to touch the person returning to the Core. This causes him to be swept up in the transfer as well and for his mind to join as a "Guest" user of the Core. As a Guest he has limited powers, a starting balance of zero cr or Citizen credits, and no idea how he can get home. He is the first human to ever become a Guest of a Core. Where money itself is the highest form of their science.

Most dominant male wolves are against the idea of their mates ever having been with another. Hope Mayson was only 18 when her whole world shifted, and her best friend died. She died and left everything to Hope, including her baby daughter, Elena. To keep Elena safe from her father, Hope took her newly adopted daughter and ran. For 5 years, Hope kept Elena safe until Hope's mate, Jack, came into their lives, and soon the past catches up with the present.

I walk back and pick up the lavender dress, admiring my smiling reflection in the mirror as the tragically human butler bleeds out onto the expensive Russian rug. --- Some plot lines and moments of the Originals has been altered for this story. Camille is human (alive). Marcel is not a super vamp. However, Hope is seven years old. I only own the events and Characters I design, the rest all belong to the CW and the wonderful writers. Edit:: The Title has been changed from Casket Crowns to Her Majesty The reasoning is that the characters designed in this story are being used in a series of novels that will NOT be fan fictions. The glass breaks and I start screaming. I stand up and try to scramble up the stairs. The door comes falling down and there are about 10 wolves standing in front of my door. A woman emerges and walks toward me. She snaps her fingers and the pretty brown wolf is in front of me. Right there by my face. "Ridanna you know what to do." Her teeth is wrapped around my neck and she sinks them in. I try to scream but it's hard to. At first it hurts but now the pain no longer exists. I feel like there is no such thing as pain and I feel light as if I can float off the Earth. Fine as hell white boy with a pro-black activist fall for each other. Cherise Miss Activist doesn't want to date Zaire the fine as hell white boy not for his race but for his secrets. What if he had a past he didn't tell you about and the only way you found out is because the past came to kill you? And I'm not talking werewolves and vampires. Cherise would only wish for problems for they would be so simple compared to hers and Zaire's. If any woman found out Zaire's secrets they'd take off running to the nearest police station or they end up in a body bag in the end. Depends....which will come first?
