Original Character (OC)
A sequel to 'The Winter She Made' They were made by HYDRA. Remade by Wakanda. And now-they're trying to live like the world can't take anything else from them. Katherine Zola spent her life following orders she never chose-raised by a ghost, trained to seduce and dismantle, and ultimately tasked with delivering Sergeant James Buchanan Barnes into the hands of the very program that would erase him. That was then. Now she wakes up in D.C. with sunlight on the floor, a wedding ring on her finger, a daughter who laughs with her whole chest, and a husband who looks at her like forgiveness is a language he was born speaking. The Winter Soldier is gone. Persephone is a ghost. And for the first time in her life, Katherine is building something that doesn't require her to bleed for it. Bucky Barnes is done spilling blood for someone else's cause. These days, he fights with bills instead of teeth. Words instead of weapons. Trying to reshape the world that once broke them with nothing more than policy and sheer, stubborn hope. For a man engineered to kill, he's learning how to repair. And Katherine is learning too. Not how to be harmless-she never will be-but how to be whole. How to love without punishment. How to stay. So when the Thunderbolts Initiative rises-an uneasy alliance of ex-criminals, ghosts, outcasts, and shadows the world tried to forget-she agrees. Not out of punishment. Not out of penance. Out of choice. Because if Bucky's going to carry the weight of their history into battle again, she refuses to let him carry it alone. Because she understands better than anyone what it means to be repurposed. To be salvaged. To be feared. The Thunderbolts aren't Avengers. They aren't symbols. They're survivors. And maybe-if they're careful-they're the beginning of something stronger. Something new. Monsters break things. But the two of them-the Winter she made, the past she undid-they are learning how to mend. Together.

Legacy

A sequel to 'Americana' Some loves become legend. Some legacies become wounds. Stella Grace Rogers was born beside a legend-but legends were never what broke her. Love was. The world knew her as Americana: Steve Rogers' twin sister, original Avenger, the woman with the Liberty Ring and blood on her hands enough to make history remember her. But history never learned the truth. It never learned how much of Stella was built around two boys from Brooklyn- one born with her, one who chose her-and how both of them left scars that no war ever could. Because Bucky Barnes came back. Then vanished. Then came back again. And after seventy lost years, five more stolen in ash and silence should have been enough to kill whatever was left of them. It wasn't. Some loves are too stubborn to die. Some loves crawl out of wreckage with their teeth bared. Some loves look like Bucky relearning Stella's laugh, Stella relearning the shape of his hands, and both of them trying to build a life in the aftermath of every version of the world ending. But healing has never been simple for the people history won't stop touching. Steve's shield still casts a shadow. The Avengers are becoming something new, something she doesn't know how to forgive. Sam Wilson is her partner now, steady where she is fire, and together they protect a legacy that no longer feels clean in their hands. And Bucky sees all of it. He sees the way Stella sneers at the shield instead of admitting it hurts. The way she acts like Steve's name means nothing, when really it means too much. But Bucky Barnes has always known the truest thing about Stella Rogers: she can survive anything except being asked not to feel. And when the past rises again, Stella will have to choose what to protect-the anger that kept her alive, or the love that kept her his. Because the world may belong to Captain America. But Bucky Barnes has always belonged to Stella Grace Rogers.
