Luna Cooper is a half-blood and the daughter of Apollo, the god of music, healing, poetry, and oracles. Luna arrived at Camp Half-Blood when she was only nine and hasn't left since.
Luna was claimed by her father three weeks after arriving at the camp. Now, at fourteen, she has dreams about a blond boy. This dream keeps recurring, and Luna is convinced it means something, but no one seems truly convinced, except for Annabeth, her best friend.
But then a blond boy arrives at the camp and turns out to be the son of the sea god, and he's important. Luna knows it, but she doesn't know why he's important.
When Luna goes on a quest with the boy, her life will never be the same as it once was.
