Amanda Marvin has been living her life in silence and isolation, seeing everything in grey and black, no colors. One would say, a boring life indeed. Always telling herself that she was happy and content with what she had become, she refused to accept the harsh reality that there was more to life that money and a nice apartment.
When Amanda is met with young Lucas, status completely opposite from her luxurious one, yet finding happiness, she is immediately bewildered by this small boys joy.
"My dad always says don't ever lose your smile because we are born to be real not perfect," Lucas said, giving off the biggest smile he could muster.
