Dusk City: City of Supernormals

The story takes place in Dusk City, a noir-like metropolis located offshore in the U.S., and is also serves as the home of Supernormals, a superhuman species with that possess supernatural powers that's beyond normal. A young woman named Reagan Ross took notice of suspicious killings and small stores suddenly going out of business that recently surfaced. And so, undertaking an investigation without legal authority of law enforcement, her and her group go to find strings of what's happening that points to the culprit, leading them to uncover something going on.
