I Will Return, Miss...
Elara Vance is a brilliant, medical student and disillusioned heiress from the 21st century. Genevieve is a General from the 1800s. Their love was a temporal accident, ending with one promise: "I will return, Miss."

But after coming back to the present, Elara has realised- this promise is an impossible thing in present time.

Twelve years later, Genevieve is a ghost to history, and Elara has published their impossible story in an anonymous book-a lighthouse for a love that may never come home.

Then, in a city museum, Elara sees a woman standing before Genevieve's portrait.

"Hey! Remember me? I was your best friend, Alexa."

Did the General keep her promise? And who exactly is the woman?

How it began (the journey of my writting)
Believe it or not, this story was born out of pure exam-induced procrastination! I was overwhelmed by my studies and started dreaming of a dramatic, simpler life in the 18th century. That dream quickly gave rise to the stern General Genevieve and the gentle, displaced Elara.
​The intense, forbidden love story between them became too compelling to keep secret. This is my first published work, and even though my father is a publisher, I couldn't share it with him due to its genre (LGBTQ romance). So, I published it here instead-a world I built that literally cost me a math grade! (haha).
