Earth has been plunged into Darkness, and horrid creatures from the shadows start to rise in power. A new evil has been woken, a being that is so dangerous that the gods had to banish him into a place where there was no escape.
Alaina Smith and her friends Sara and Jason are one of the remaining humans that had somehow escaped the influence of the eerie fog that fell upon the world, turning everyone else into either slaves for the Shadows or into bounty hunters to track down those with the blessing of the gods.
Are Alaina and her friends able to put a stop to this madness, or is this their last moments of freedom?
