A glimpse into the minds of those who suffer from trauma, anxiety and seclusion.

It is very important to me that awareness about mental health is spread, thus the reason for this short story. A battle against all the negative aspects of your mind is sometimes the most difficult battle to overcome, and not many people are aware of that. 

I hope this story sheds some light on what trauma, anxiety that can lead to depression can do to people, and at the end, how to move past the worst.All Rights Reserved
