Set shortly after the events of Dispatch S1.

After months of vigilante activity, a group of ragtag "heroes" start making headlines. The catch? Their powers aren't exactly "hero powers". After the Torrance branch of SDN decides to investigate, they make the group an offer-"intern" at the SDN, alongside the phoenix program and all illegal hero work shall be forgiven. 

However, the leader of the newbie team continues to butt head with that of the Z-Team.
