Picasso and The Delinquent (Phan)

Phil Lester, professional slacker, is known for bad reputation of robbing cars and screwing around town with everyone he practically meets. The school year and Central High is at its start again and when Phil finds out that he's been dropped in art, he is everything except amused. But what happens when he meets Dan, a aspiring artist? Could a Picasso possibly fall for a juvenile?
