Daliah Archer is a daughter of Aphrodite. She discovered this when she was 10 years old and was then kicked out of her home by her own father, who always considered her a burden. She has been alone ever since, until a boy, Luke, who had also run away from his own home, found her. He was 11 at the time.

Daliah and Luke are now older. Daliah is 18 and Luke 19. Luke is a son of Hermes. The two teenagers practically live in a half-blood camp, where children of gods are safe and not constantly chased by monsters.
