A Sinner wakes up in Hell, manifested as a skeleton. Sounds like a Tuesday, but this skeleton is different. He is coated in flames, he's dressed as a biker. He's stronger than most other Sinners.
He has amnesia in regards to his life on Earth, so people just call him Rider. Why do they call him Rider? Well, he rides a flaming motorcycle obviously. However...there's a different reason.
It's because this Skeleton subconsciously reminds certain Sinners of the Spirit of Vengeance...better known in the modern age as the Ghost Rider. Who just so happens to also be a flaming skeleton who also rides a flaming bike.
But that's not Rider... Rider's just chill.
