AMAZING FAITH
After being bitten by a genetically engineered spider, young Peter Parker finds that he now has incredibly enhanced strength, speed and agility. Along with the ability to adhere to any surface, a precognitive spider-sense that warns him of danger and a pair of mechanized web shooters, the idealistic teenager fights against evil as the costumed hero Spider-Man.
Set during the decade of the 1990's, this is a Generation X version of the Amazing Spider-Man story. This is a time when young people believed that they had the power to change the world for the better. In order to make a difference, Peter will need to rely on his friends for help and have the courage to believe in good.

LAST ISSUE:
Ever since Peter Parker discovered the mysterious Promethium X organism in 1992, it had been having an incredibly negative effect on his life. This life form was a type of parasite that bonded with its host. Over the course of the last three years this creature developed a sense of ownership over the young man. But as time went on, jealousy set in. Envious of the relationships Peter had with others, the organism lashed out at its host. Fortunately, he was able to break free of its control.
After returning home to New York, Peter Parker's life has been getting back on track. His first three weeks at Empire State University were a success. He thrived both academically and socially. The only other aspect of his life in question was his role as Spider-Man. Unable to ignore the call, he returns to action. Now, he has set his sights on the Kingpin of Crime. The wall crawler partners with Daredevil in an effort to save New York City from organized crime.
