Riley Scott had just finished her last year of high school. With being accepted into the college of her dreams, she was ready celebrate with a summer full of adventures with her friends as one last goodbye before going their separate ways.

One way to start the summer was to participate in her best friend's mums charity auction when one of the girls dropped out. The only reason she was doing this was for her best friend so when she got on stage she didn't expect to bring the charity a great deal of money. But, when someone puts in an offer for one million dollars she starts getting more attention then she ever wished for. Now, she has to go on a date with this mysterious, rich, older and handsome guy who 'effectively' won her.
