Katsuki was having trouble breathing for multiple reasons now, not only did he just re-live almost dying in the form of a dream but he also had to try and clear himself up as soon as possible. He didn't know why he couldn't hold it together, he had always been able to before when talking to others so why not now? He had always been able to toughen up in front of others.
