Demon Slayer Infection AU

This story will follow Muichiro and the others in a world of a dangerous infection that nobody is sure how it started. Everything was perfect, Muzan had been defeated, the hashiras all survived, the Kamboku squad was close as ever, Genya and Sanemi has a great relationship now, Sanemi and Giyuu are dating, and Muichiro and Genya like each other but haven't confessed yet. It was like a dream that would turn into a nightmare. One day a sick ex-slayer came into the Butterfly Mansion, sick with an unknown disease.

Stage 1:
-coughing
-stress
-wide pupils

Stage 2:
-coughing blood
-wider pupils
-body starting to morph
-starts getting hungry

Stage 3:
-body becomes twisted and mangled
-hunger is great
-constant bleeding
-silent
-stealthy

Stage 4:
-heavy bleeding
-long sharp claws
-wide smile or frown
-silent
-hunts humans for prey
-leaves only a mangled body behind.
-long neck
-can imitate the ones they've killed or heard
-hunger at it's peak and endless
