A new vigilante, said to have been trained by the world's deadliest assassins, Deadshot and Deathstroke, is taking Mustafu by firestorm, doing what Heroes can't or won't do, and permanently taking out the monsters on the streets in a hail of gunfire, shuriken, and explosives.

But with the appearance of this new vigilante, questions abound. Questions such as: is he killing villains and criminals out of altruism, or is he simply taking revenge against those who made him what he is, bringing death to all who follow them? What kind of past could drive someone to blow away every single criminal and villain that they come across away? Who or what is he REALLY after?

And what connection does he have with Izuku Midoriya, a wide-eyed boy with dreams of becoming a hero just like his idol All Might, only to be taken from this world at only fifteen years old after trying to save his former friend, Katsuki Bakugou, from a Sludge Villain that was trying to turn him into a skin suit?
