Space: dark, lonely. Deadly. Every scientist and technician aboard the research vessel Arklight knows this. And yet, they agreed to the journey, launched to far-off locations for the chance to study the furthest reaches of the galaxy.

Darkness, though, grows within as well. The crew begins to die, one by one, vicious and wild or cold and calculated-murdered. Only another crew member could do this-but why?

As tensions rise and bodies pile up, the crew struggles to understand the cause of their grief-and to find the killer among them.
