Straylight

Tygon and Lila begin their university placement at Straylight, the same company where Nine works. He is supposed to be overseas on a long-term project, giving Tygon hope that she can avoid him and concentrate on the job.

At the end of their first week, project assignments are released.

That is when Tygon discovers, in the worst way possible, that Nine has returned early.

Worse still, she and Nine are placed on the same project team.

Tygon is determined to remain professional, avoid him entirely, and pretend nothing ever happened.

But between their tangled past, her growing symptoms, and the secret she is carrying, staying away from him becomes impossible.
