In a society where a person's value is determined entirely by the strength of their Quirk, izuku is dismissed as worthless after being misdiagnosed. Branded as "quirkless," he grows to know the world as is, cold, dangerous and downright horrible. Izuku's entire existence seem to be a glitch in the world's system. But everything changes when he finds himself adopted into a military base by the captain, With a sentient phoenix that is apparently from his forcefully awakened quirk.
