A month after the events of Dispatch, SDN is still struggling to stabilize. Crime rates are rising, public confidence is fading, and internal structure is beginning to crumble. With several agents missing, injured, or-like Blonde Blazer-permanently changed, the organization launches Project Reboot, an emergency initiative aimed at rebuilding SDN from the ground up.
After giving her powers to Track Star during the final battle, Blonde Blazer is forced into medical retirement. The sudden power vacuum sends shockwaves through HQ. SDN's CEO immediately summons Mandy to a private meeting, warning her that Project Reboot is taking a "different direction" if she can't get her chaotic Z-Team under control. DSN's leadership is fracturing fast, and faith in the remaining heroes is growing thin.
While all eyes are on internal failures, a darker threat rises unnoticed.
A mastermind known only as The Curator.
The Curator orchestrates a network of criminals who use stolen hero identities-impersonating DSN agents, sabotaging missions, and framing heroes for destruction they didn't cause. With public trust collapsing, DSN needs someone who can track the imposters... someone who can see through false faces.
Someone like ShapeCape.
But Amy Calder is a risk. After nearly ripping Toxic's head off in a moment of blind rage, she was almost barred from hero work permanently. Her file was closed, her badge revoked, and her future erased.
Project Reboot is her last lifeline.
Her only chance to prove she's not a threat-
but a hero.
With her unique shapeshifting abilities, Amy becomes SDN's most valuable asset... and their most dangerous gamble. Every mission pushes her closer to the truth about The Curator, but also deeper into the fear that she could lose control again.
DISPATCH: PART 2 follows Amy as she fights imposters, exposes a conspiracy, rebuilds DSN's integrity, and battles the darkness inside herself.
This is her redemption arc-
or her downfall.
"Victoria Rowe is a human metronome. Reliable. Consistent. And utterly forgettable."
To the skating world, eighteen-year-old Victoria Rowe is the girl who never falls-and the girl who never wins. After a devastating twelfth-place finish at the 2025 World Championships, the critics are louder than ever: Victoria is "safe." She's a "double-jump specialist." She's a relic of an era where playing it cool was enough.
But Victoria has a secret. In the quiet, midnight hours of frozen rinks, she isn't the ballerina Arthur, her controlling coach, wants her to be. She is a powerhouse landing quads that aren't supposed to be possible.
Fed up with the labels and the limitations, Victoria makes a choice that shocks the skating world: she leaves the only coach she's ever known for the high-velocity camp of Tatiana Malinina. Training alongside the "Quad God" himself, Ilia Malinin, Victoria must do more than just find her technical edge-she has to find her voice.
From the Grand Prix circuit to the bright lights of the 2026 Olympics, Victoria is no longer playing for a clean sheet. She's playing for a revolution. Because the only thing more dangerous than a girl who can jump is a girl who has nothing left to lose.

*Please keep in mind that I myself am not a figure skater! I also do not know how the media works for Team USA, I only know how scoring and competition work because that is all I've ever watched!
