Victoria Morrigan was once in the red room but when Natalia Romanova was in combat with Clint Barton after being sent to kill her, Victoria stepped in however Victoria wasn't nearly as advanced as Natalia. She was defeated and hit unconscious, when she woke up her arms strapped to the back of the van with Natalia next her she knew she had finally had been saved from the red room, a place where she was born in and grew up, escaped at age 8.
During the battle of Avengers, she like millions of others had been snapped away only 23 years old, the same age Natalia Romanova had been when she escaped from the red room. So when she came back five years later and find out Natasha sacrificed herself to bring everyone back.
Then Steve, after Tony's funeral, she gotten a letter from Tony, asking her to look after the kid. She gave herself a new name, Red Widow. However Natalia Romanova and Anthony Stark would only ever know her as Wolf spider, that was the name the room gave her anyway.
So what happens when the kids she promised to look after find themselves dealing with the multiverse.
