10 rules, 10 cries for help

Sienna Blake to everyone was perfect, student council class rep, a lot of friends, she was loud and cheerful, in the musical, best flute in her grade (and the only one to get into honors band), amazing fencer, the soloist in choir, perfect grades, the list goes on.

Though life wasn't that simple. She had emotionally abusive parents, most of her friends were toxic and everyone bullied her. She was drowning in a rabbit hole of depression and anxiety. Over the years, she developed some..... Not so great coping mechanisms

She lived by 10 rules that kept her from getting hurt.
1. Don't start believing anyone actually cares
2. Don't get too close
3. Don't let anyone see
4. All mistakes are punished by one cut to the wrist
5. Keep up the facade
6. Cry silently in your pillow so no one hears
7. Panic attacks are for when you're alone and no one can see how pathetic you are
8. Be the perfect daughter your parents want, maybe then they'll love you
9. You don't even deserve food.
10. Always wear long sleeves with a thumb hole so no one sees the scars

But what if everyone at school one day got a list of the rules their soulmate lived by. What if Ashley Hart, the only friend Sienna ever let herself get close too (and possibly her crush), got Sienna's. Can she figure out who those rules belong too in time to save Sienna? Or will it be too late....
