It's 2006, and Impulse is a 29-year-old struggling game developer who has a strange ability- Revival. He can't control it, but when it activates, it sends him back in time 1 to 5 minutes to prevent a tragedy. One day, when preventing a tragedy, Impulse lands in the hospital, and his mother, Cleo, comes to visit. This brings back memories he'd forgotten about, the kidnappings that happened in his neighborhood as a kid.
Then he has the biggest Revival he's ever had, and he has to stop this murderer who's been free for 18 years.
(This is basically the plot of the Anime, "Erased, the town without me", you do not have to have watched it to read this! In fact, it might be more fun if you haven't watched the show!)
