In a desperate last gambit, the Hegemony activates its most dangerous and powerful asset: Experimental Unit 77, callsign: "Honor Force."

Honor Force is an elite mecha squadron whose pilots are psychologically bonded to their machines, known as "Chevaliers."
These mecha are powered by "Aetherium," a rare energy source that resonates directly with a pilot's adherence to the ancient Knight's Codex-a rigid doctrine of chivalry, fairness, and battlefield honor.

The Core Tension: The stronger a pilot's integrity and commitment to the Codex (e.g., announcing a challenge, protecting civilians at all costs, refusing to strike an unarmed foe), the more powerful their Chevalier becomes.

But this very strength is their greatest weakness. The Honor Force is a relic of a bygone era, a scalpel designed for a duel, thrown into a war that demands a sledgehammer.

The story follows the young, idealistic leader of Honor Force as he discovers that in a war against an enemy with no honor, his code may not be his greatest weapon, but his deadliest flaw.
