Juju, a serial killer who sneaks into a random mental hospital in her city every night on the 7th of an odd-numbered month and kill a suicidal patient. Acting like an angel of death that ends their suffering, Juju kills with one hit; no blood, no scars, no pain.

She mutilates the body and organizes the parts into its each categories. She sells the inner organs in the black markets to fund orphanages and cat shelters. She separates the bones and meat as neatly as a chef filleting fish so they decompose faster into the soil for organic plants in her farm business. The bones, of course, are dissolved using chemicals.
